Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Lawtons Drugs. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of products
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, through effective sales techniques and product recommendations
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or sales experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
