Your Role as a Dental Receptionist

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for patients by greeting them warmly, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure seamless operations, including managing patient flow, preparing treatment rooms, and assisting with administrative tasks.
