Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Assist Patients as they arrive, ensuring a lasting positive impression.
  • Optimize Appointment Schedules to ensure a full day with minimal gaps.
  • Manage Recall System and maintain patient database accurately.
  • Manage Patient Calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Process Referral Letters and patient correspondence upon receipt from provider.

About You:

  • Minimum 1 Year of Administration Experience
  • Clinical Background and Experience with Dental Software Programs considered an asset.

  • Legally Eligible to Work in Canada
