Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will oversee the safe and efficient movement of aircraft on the ground. Your role will involve guiding incoming and outgoing flights to and from the terminal, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct the arrival and departure of aircraft at the gate.
2. Manage the transportation, loading, and unloading of passenger luggage, cargo, and mail.
3. Maintain cleanliness in aircraft cabins between flights and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
4. Operate heavy machinery for the movement of baggage and cargo, as well as for towing aircraft between gates and refilling essential supplies.
5. Adhere to schedules, prioritize safety, and be prepared for each shift.

Required Qualifications:
1. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
2. Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
3. Ability to pass a drug screening and obtain airport security clearance, which includes a thorough background check covering employment history, criminal records, and residence.

For applicants in specific locations, proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 with a CDC-recognized vaccine is mandatory.


Physical Demands:
1. Regularly lift items weighing up to 70 pounds (32 kg).
2. Navigate heavy objects up and down jetway stairs.
3. Frequently climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop for extended periods.
4. Work outdoors in various weather conditions and in environments with significant noise from machinery.

As our operations run 24/7, flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
