Job Title: Cabin Service Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cabin Service Agent to join our team at Alliance Ground International. As a Cabin Service Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the aircraft cabin is prepared for flights efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft to ensure a safe and secure environment for passengers and crew.
- Remove trash and debris from seats, seat pockets, and ensure seat belts are properly arranged to maintain a clean and comfortable cabin.
- Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight experience.
- Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys and lavatories, restocking supplies as needed to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Empty lavatory tanks and refill as required to ensure proper functioning of aircraft facilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Successful completion of a drug screening and the ability to obtain airport security clearance, which includes a comprehensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (14 kg) on a regular basis.
- Frequent standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, often for extended periods.
- Comfort working in environments with jet and machinery noise.
Work Schedule:
Alliance Ground International operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. AGI requires its employees to be able to work flexible schedules, which may be adjusted to meet operational demands such as flight delays or cancellations. Applicants must be able to work on weekends and holidays. Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.
