Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance, Avionics and Structures team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks on a variety of aircraft, including heavy checks, line maintenance, and repair and overhaul services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance tasks on aircraft, including heavy checks, line maintenance, and repair and overhaul services
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals
  • Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations and PAL Technical Services' quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or equivalent experience
  • M2, E or S Aircraft Maintenance License with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Experience in heavy maintenance operations and on Dash 8-100/200/300 and/or Dash 8-400, ATR-42 or ATR-72 aircraft
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations
