Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Staff Xchange. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the coordination of office activities, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work independently, and maintain attention to detail.
