Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Management: Set tables with clean dishes, utensils, and other necessary items to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Sanitation Duties: Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing dishware, kitchen surfaces, and dining areas.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers and wash items by hand to ensure hygiene standards are met.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of food quantities used and assist in stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Customer Interaction: Take customer orders and provide exceptional service.
