About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at JG Josan Constructions Inc. as a Decorative Finishing Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and wall covering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Finish Surfaces: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair and Restore: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, restoring them to their original condition.
  • Color Consultation: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, taking into account their personal preferences and design goals.
  • Estimate and Plan: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring accurate planning and execution.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by erecting scaffolding and swing stages, and attaching rigging as needed.
  • Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, meeting the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road position, requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The work language is English, and the work hours are 35 hours per week.
