Painter - Decorative Finishing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at DG General Construction Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
- Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Client Consultation: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, taking into account their personal preferences and design requirements.
- Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan and schedule work to ensure timely completion.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, client focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
