Job Title: Director of Identity and Access Management Process Models

We are seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Process Models team. As a key member of our IAM Onboarding & Governance Team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining enterprise-wide IAM Process models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult and support the strategic implementation and processes covering all aspects of IAM.
  • Measure and monitor the operational effectiveness of the IAM Processes and support Audit, Regulatory, and third-party requests for evidence.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to project teams and LoB in translating the minimum set of requirements into business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Compile IAM metrics collection from IAM Processes and Procedures to present IAM Governance documentation for senior leadership forums.
  • Work with business partners and application teams across RBC Enterprise to document IAM related control designs.
  • Provide direction in the optimization, efficiency, and capacity planning for the Process & Metrics team.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute with minimal direction or oversight in a high-pressure environment with emotional intelligence.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and solutions designs for efficient security controls.
  • Proficient technical experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience presenting to senior management forums.
  • Understanding of Business and Technical Strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of risk concepts and frameworks.
