Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dynamite Vape and Smoke. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal store performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
