Retail Store Manager

Top Shelf Liquor Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage Inventory and Stock: Order merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient stock management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
