Job Title: General Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled General Construction Labourer to join our team at McShawn Diversified Incorporated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of buildings, roads, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Perform manual labour tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment.
  • Operate heavy machinery, such as cranes and forklifts, under the supervision of a qualified operator.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years or more of experience in the construction industry.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
