Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at McShawn Diversified Incorporated. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction process, including demolition, excavation, and material handling.
  • Operate hand tools and equipment, such as jackhammers, saws, and drills.
  • Perform manual labour tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of construction equipment and tools.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years or more of experience in the construction industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
