About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at McShawn Diversified Incorporated. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of construction sites, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
  • Perform manual labour tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment, such as jackhammers and saws, to assist in construction activities.
  • Collaborate with other construction personnel to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality construction outcomes.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
