Position Overview

The Electrical Construction Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing electrical projects and managing teams within the construction sector. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure that all tasks are executed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Oversee and direct the activities of electrical workers on-site.
  • Project Coordination: Schedule and coordinate various project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train new employees, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Cost Estimation: Assess project costs and required materials accurately.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics effectively.
  • Personnel Recommendations: Provide recommendations for personnel actions based on performance.
  • Material Procurement: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for projects.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and coordinate activities with other teams.
Qualifications

Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.

Experience: Candidates should have between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in the field.
