Construction Electricians Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Electricians Supervisor to join our team at Jecxo Electrical & Renovation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Supervise and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects.
- Resource Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of electricians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and qualifications to complete projects.
- Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for electrical projects, ensuring they are completed within budget.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all electrical work is completed to the highest standards, meeting all relevant codes and regulations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for electricians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, ensuring they have the necessary skills and qualifications to work in the electrical industry.
- Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
