About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Paradise Construction. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of roofing systems on various building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Roofing Installation and Repair: Supervise and coordinate the installation and repair of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, wood shingles, and metal roofs.
  • Team Management: Lead and instruct a team of workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and develop plans to ensure timely completion.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to discuss project details and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
