Position Overview

As a Product-Led Growth Specialist at Vendasta, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, ensuring that our product serves as the cornerstone of our business success. Your expertise in data analysis will help optimize user experiences, drive growth initiatives within the product, and foster collaboration across departments to achieve our product-led objectives. Your contributions will significantly influence our scalability by enhancing product adoption, boosting user engagement, and driving revenue through strategic enhancements and innovations.

Your Contributions

In this role, you will collaborate with our team to:

  • Enhance user experiences to facilitate swift and clear value recognition for our users.
  • Examine product usage data to uncover growth and retention opportunities, implementing strategies to leverage these insights.
  • Design and execute in-product growth initiatives, including referral programs, upselling opportunities, and in-app communications, to amplify user acquisition and expansion.
  • Gather and respond to customer feedback to perpetually refine the product.
  • Drive decisions based on data to improve product market fit and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

We seek candidates with a solid background in product-led growth strategies, encompassing user experience enhancement, product analytics, and growth initiative execution. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience in building, managing, and scaling PLG teams, achieving revenue growth of at least 150M in B2B SaaS for SMB and midmarket.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years in a product growth or product management capacity, ideally within a SaaS context.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with product analytics tools.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • A self-driven, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Docs, and data-driven decision-making practices. Familiarity with AdWords, Meta certification, and sales and marketing processes is advantageous.
