About the Role:
Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our team in the Giant Mine Remediation Project. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing the project from design to close-out, ensuring timely completion, and meeting budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Construction Manager, Mine Manager, and H&S Manager to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including the Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of industry practices, regulations, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer:
