Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and fiscal control skills to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, cost, risk, schedule, quality, resource, procurement, and stakeholder management elements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish project goals and objectives.
- Monitor project delivery against timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and requirements, and comply with all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Responsible for resolving issues, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Community college diploma in architectural technology, construction technology, engineering technology, or equivalent work experience within the construction industry.
- 3 to 5 years of project management work experience.
- Proven ability and experience in delivering projects on-time, on-budget, and compliant with all contract documentation, regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
What We Offer
This is a regular, full-time position with a base salary range of $73,000 - $92,000 per annum. We offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a dynamic work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
