Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Delta Professional Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the coordination of office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the operations team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
