Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large teams across development and operational engagement, with a strong focus on customer and team management.
  • Build relationships at all levels and present to senior executives, leveraging your expertise in credit card and banking domains.
  • Drive delivery excellence, working with targets for incremental growth and margin.
  • Oversee contract, work order tracking management, and portfolio operational management.
  • Manage customer escalations, track monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue, and own margin targets for portfolios and accounts.
  • Ensure business associates' compliance with contracting, monthly timesheet, and delivery tracking processes.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Groom and coach associates to align with customer and account priorities.
  • Review critical program deliverables for quality and coverage, drawing on experience in telecom and data domains.
  • Collaborate with diverse service practices in TCS for RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proactive recommendations, and resource management.
