Strategic Manager

Drive business growth and operational efficiency as a key member of the Loblaw Companies Limited Market Division team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales, share, and profit growth across categories, operations, and promotional teams.
What You'll Do:
- Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop category-specific strategies and tactics.
- Conduct market share analysis and competitive landscape reviews to inform business decisions.
- Track and evaluate market share results to assess category strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure success of strategic initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, management consulting, or consumer goods.
Post-secondary education in finance, economics, commerce, or engineering, or an MBA.
Experience with data analytics and ability to derive actionable insights.
Knowledge of Loblaw systems, data sources, and metrics is an asset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
