Job Title: Director of Guest Experience and Sales

About the Role:

The Director of Guest Experience and Sales is a key leadership position responsible for driving membership growth and retention, filling programs and services to capacity, and cultivating partnerships. This role oversees the Guest Service department and develops innovative advertising programs to drive sales and develop loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies and plans in Marketing, Sales, Guest Experience, External Communications, and Sponsorship to drive membership growth and retention.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Marketing team, Guest Service Manager, and Guest Service Team members.
  • Monitor and report on service-level KPIs such as NPS, Member engagement score, Reviews, and Yelp.
  • Cultivate and establish key B2C and B2B partnerships to improve stakeholder value.
  • Oversee the development and execution of the organization's Strategic Plan.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in marketing or related equivalent.
  • At least five years of experience leading high-performing teams and managing an annual budget of at least $5 million.
  • At least five years of experience developing and implementing best practices, marketing initiatives, and providing creative direction.
