Job Title: Commercial Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Sales Assistant to join our team in Dorval. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide administrative support to our sales representatives, ensuring seamless execution of their daily tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Support sales representatives with their territories, including order entry and internal management of accounts.
  • Create quotes and manage sales budgets.
  • Develop and maintain administrative reports to support each sales representative.
  • Keep track of all sales records and input them into the system.
Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative support and sales operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
