Job Title: Commercial Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Sales Assistant to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide administrative support to our sales representatives, ensuring seamless execution of their daily tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Support sales representatives with their territories, including order entry, internal account management, and quote creation.
  • Manage sales budgets and track sales records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with social media management and create administrative reports to support sales reps.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
