About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Arundel Mansions Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit and train a team of cleaning staff to meet the hotel's standards.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, including cost estimates and financial record-keeping.
  • Service Coordination: Arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
