About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant at RNG Immigration Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Debris and Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, paying close attention to detail to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Our office is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as repetitive tasks.

  • Organizational Skills: You must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability: You must be reliable and able to maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position, requiring a long-term commitment to our team.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in our office, and you must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with our team.
  • Hours: You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and minimal overtime.
