Job Title: Management Development Program

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Development Program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role.

Program Overview:

The Management Development Program is a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role. The program consists of five phases, each focusing on a different aspect of our business.

Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics

In this phase, you will learn about our products, how they are sourced, and how they are delivered to our customers.

Phase 2: Operations

In this phase, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, and pricing.

Phase 3: Inside Sales

In this phase, you will learn how to read blueprint drawings, create quotes, and manage large-scale projects.

Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management

In this phase, you will learn how to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships.

Phase 5: Supervisor

In this final phase, you will have the opportunity to put your skills and knowledge into practice, leading a team and making strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong interest in sales
  • Valid driver's license
