Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and synchronize Business Unit initiatives for Canadian Industry OEM and Tier partnerships to achieve sales, expansion, profitability, and margin targets.
  • Formulate comprehensive sales strategies for Canadian OEM clientele and contribute to financial planning.
  • Execute sales initiatives, supervise sales teams, and inspire Key Account Managers to excel.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is essential, ideally in engineering or business disciplines.
  • A minimum of three to five years of leadership experience in the automotive OEM sector is required.
