Opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Devsinc, a leading software development firm, is seeking an enthusiastic professional to spearhead recruitment initiatives across North America. This role is pivotal in identifying and attracting exceptional talent to support our growth in the region. As the inaugural hire in Canada, you will have the unique opportunity to establish and direct a recruitment team in collaboration with our Chief Business Officer.
Primary Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute effective recruitment strategies
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from talent sourcing to onboarding
- Drive team development initiatives
- Work closely with executive leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with organizational objectives
- Prioritize high-caliber hires that fulfill company requirements
- Maintain a positive experience for all candidates
- Utilize metrics to inform data-driven recruitment decisions
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition within the technology industry
- In-depth understanding of the North American employment landscape and recruitment methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to manage multiple recruitment processes under stringent timelines
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in forming and leading recruitment teams
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
