Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Measure the thickness of coatings using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers
  • Ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained
  • Operate various coating machinery, including electroplating and hot-dip galvanizing equipment
  • Prepare metallizing solutions according to established formulas
  • Select and mix appropriate paints for specific applications
  • Prepare items for the application of protective or decorative coatings
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiar with surface preparation techniques, including sandblasting
  • Knowledgeable in types of coatings, particularly resinous and solvent-drying paints
  • Experienced in application methods such as automated spray painting and electrostatic techniques
