Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyzer Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical direction and assistance to customers in the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of process control and instrumentation products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical direction and assistance to customers in the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of process control and instrumentation products
  2. Work from a remote location and interact with senior support for problems encountered during field work
  3. Analyze work orders, plan daily travel schedules, investigate complaints, conduct tests, and resolve problems
  4. Complete post-job and administrative duties, including customer and service reports, timesheets, job debriefs, and tooling tracking
  5. Perform all activities in accordance with the company's Quality Management System and EH&S guidelines and procedures
  6. Maintain strong customer relationships and work with the sales team to build future opportunities
  7. Perform preventative maintenance on diagnostic equipment
  8. Participate in educational opportunities and general housekeeping
Requirements:
  • Electronics/Environmental/Instrumentation/Electrical Technician or Technologist Diploma or traceable related work experience
  • 4+ years related work experience with industrial analyzers, process, and safety instrumentation
  • Ability to work from home and maintain a small inventory of parts and required tools
  • Ability to understand and implement electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Sound judgment, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
  • Critical and analytical thinking partnered with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to accommodate travel and working varying hours
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to obtain all required Security and Safety Clearances and Certifications
