We are seeking a skilled Secretary to support the All Women EEAST (AWE) Network in our mission to provide excellent healthcare services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring up-to-date information is kept for the network and making it accessible to members through various media channels.
Key duties include:
- Coordinating information on the internet and intranet, working closely with IT colleagues as needed.
- Maintaining an accurate record of network members to facilitate effective communication.
- Working with the Chairperson to plan meetings and agree agendas.
- Preparing meeting invites, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
