Job Overview

EEAST is seeking a Secretary to support the All Women EEAST (AWE) Network, a vital part of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the network.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating information and maintaining up-to-date records for the network.
  • Working with the Chairperson to plan meetings and events.
  • Agreeing agendas and sending out meeting invitations.
  • Taking minutes of meetings and keeping a record of actions.
  • Collaborating with the Chairperson to distribute information to network members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
