About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic territory business plan, providing clinical training, coaching practice staff, and managing a consumables portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to drive sales growth and portfolio expansion.
  • Provide clinical training and coaching to practice staff to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and sell our products.
  • Manage a consumables portfolio, including ordering, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead marketing efforts, including promotional events and sales presentations, to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, biotechnology, life sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of dedicated industry experience in aesthetics, neurotoxins, skin care, and similar product types.
  • Outstanding sales presentation skills, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, and computer proficiency.
  • A can-do winning attitude, results-driven, professional, and a strong supportive team player with the ability to train accounts and forge strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated sales leader and sales growth success across portfolio.
  • Ability to cover markets including BC West Coast and Vancouver Island.
