Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Olympia Transportation Ltd. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, including prospecting and generating new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for training and sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.
- Provide training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
