Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist Diploma holder to join our team at Cypress Regional Hospital in Swift Current. As a key member of our Respiratory Services department, you will provide general and specialized respiratory treatments, diagnostic testing, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients, including diagnostic testing and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct pulmonary function testing and cardiac stress testing as required.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on respiratory health and disease management.
Requirements
  • Respiratory Therapy diploma (RT) from a recognized institution.
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification an asset.
  • Registered/eligible with Saskatchewan College of Respiratory Therapist (SCRT) and Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapist (CSRT).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
