Cypress Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Job Summary:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide general and specialized respiratory treatments, diagnostic testing, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and other related duties to patients in our Respiratory Services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory treatments, diagnostic testing, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients
  • Conduct pulmonary function testing and cardiac stress testing
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Respiratory Therapy diploma (RT)
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Registered/eligible with Saskatchewan College of Respiratory Therapist (SCRT)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in critical care
  • Experience in pulmonary function testing
  • Experience in cardiac stress testing
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certificate (ACLS)
