About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our financial resources are used effectively.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates on restaurant performance and suggesting areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
