Position Overview

The Executive Housekeeping Manager at Airport Inn is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Direct and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections of assigned areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor housekeeping personnel, including hiring and dismissal processes.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Ensure proper maintenance and repair services are executed in a timely manner.
  • Laundry Coordination: Manage in-house laundry services to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Work Environment

This position involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, requiring physical stamina and adaptability.
