Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at TNT Property Management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities, including construction projects, real estate management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construction Project Management: Direct and control construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Real Estate Operations: Oversee the operations of commercial facilities, including leasing, marketing, and maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Identify customer needs and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Statistics: Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective team performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
