Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at TNT Property Management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities and real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construction Projects: Direct and control construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Facilities Operations: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, including maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures.
  • Client Needs: Identify customers' needs and recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote sales to existing clients and develop marketing strategies for leasing space in our facilities.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure and in physically demanding environments.
