Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos and Tacos. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, and that our restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, to help inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Relocation: Relocation costs covered by employer.
