**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team at 2241482 Ontario Inc O/A Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

**Responsibilities**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards
* Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
* Establish methods to meet work schedules, including supervising and checking delivery of food trolleys
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as needed
* Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and professionally

**Requirements**

* 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
