Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2241482 Ontario Inc O/A Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food service delivery
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Work Environment
    • Permanent position
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
    • Work in a fast-paced food service environment
