- Execute various administrative tasks within the organization.
- Manage policies and procedures related to information access and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative processes.
- Conduct administrative and clerical duties such as record keeping and scheduling.
- Proficient in Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
