Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
